EASY WAY TO GAIN WEIGHT
If you feel you need to put more mass to your skeleton and look little bulky, here is what you have to do:
1) Soak a handful of badam and few white channa in water before going to bed. As you wake up drink a glass of milk with honey. Have badam after peeling it’s skin, also have channa along with it.
2) Along with breakfast of your desired choice have two boiled eggs. Eat only the egg white. Make sure your breakfast doesn’t contain any trans fatty acids as this kind of fat is not good for health.
3) Have a glass of fruit juice of desired choice around 10:30am to 11:00am.
4) For lunch have what everyou have. You can have paneer, soya and everything you wish as your aim is to gain weight.
5) Have a glass of milk with peanuts/biscuits around 4pm.
6) Have four chapathies with fresh vegetables, yoghurt, fruits.
Eat well sleep tight. Follow up the same routine next day.
You will find difference in one month.
