MACULAR DEGENERATION

The shape of an eye is like a ball and the optical signals are sensed by it and given to brain. If there is a problem with the vision, then it is a great loss.

So thought could share the info regarding this AMD which is nothing but Age related Macular Degeneration. The Macaulay is the part of the eye which is present at the central area of the retina is the light sensitive tissue at the back of the eye. The retina senses the signals and convert in to electrical signals and is given to the optical nerve and this is in turn received by brain.

The AMD is the problem which affects the macula which helps to see the fine details.

There are two stages of AMD that is Dry and Wet AMD. This affects the central vision and hence the loss of vision. Though only the central vision is lost but the side and peripheral vision is still present.

This AMD slowly affects both of the eyes the worst part is that it doesn’t have any any pains which helps us recognize there is a problem within us.

So taking proper care of the eyes are important and any problem with viewing it is good to get it diagnosed at the early stage after all Prevention is Better than Cure.

EASY WAYS TO REDUCE WEIGHT

Hating yourself every day seeing in the mirror? Feeling you are looking too much obese?

Don’t worry you can shed weight without spending time in gym. But you need to have the hunger and patience to lose weight. Here is what you have to do:

1) As you get up in the morning drink a glass of warm water mixed with honey & few drops of lemon. This will help you to flush the waste out. Avoid tea, coffee completely.

2) For breakfast have 4idlis with sambar (no chutney as it contains fat)/oats with one apple.

Don’t avoid breakfast.

3) You can have fresh fruit juice around 1030 to 11am. Avoid this point once you are comfortable with your hunger levels after you undergo this diet routine.

4) For lunch you can have cup of rice with vegetables, sambar. Eat until your hunger dies.
Don’t take curd instead have a glass of buttermilk.

5) Take a glass of fresh juice around 4pm.

6) For dinner have two chapathies with vegetables and a glass of buttermilk.

If you adhere to all the above  points you will definitely lose weight.

Strictly avoid soft drinks and ice cream and smoking.

EASY WAY TO GAIN WEIGHT

If you feel you need to put more mass to your skeleton and look little bulky, here is what you have to do:

1) Soak a handful of  badam and few white channa in water before going to bed. As you wake up drink a glass of milk with honey. Have badam after peeling it’s skin, also have channa along with it.

2) Along with breakfast of your desired choice have two boiled eggs. Eat only the egg white. Make sure your breakfast doesn’t contain any trans fatty acids as this kind of fat is not good for health.

3) Have a glass of fruit juice of desired choice around 10:30am to 11:00am.

4) For lunch have what everyou have. You can have paneer, soya and everything you wish as your aim is to gain weight.

5) Have a glass of milk with peanuts/biscuits around 4pm.

6) Have four chapathies with fresh vegetables, yoghurt, fruits.

Eat well sleep tight. Follow up the same routine next day.

You will find difference in one month.
