EASY WAYS TO REDUCE WEIGHT
Hating yourself every day seeing in the mirror? Feeling you are looking too much obese?
Don’t worry you can shed weight without spending time in gym. But you need to have the hunger and patience to lose weight. Here is what you have to do:
1) As you get up in the morning drink a glass of warm water mixed with honey & few drops of lemon. This will help you to flush the waste out. Avoid tea, coffee completely.
2) For breakfast have 4idlis with sambar (no chutney as it contains fat)/oats with one apple.
Don’t avoid breakfast.
3) You can have fresh fruit juice around 1030 to 11am. Avoid this point once you are comfortable with your hunger levels after you undergo this diet routine.
4) For lunch you can have cup of rice with vegetables, sambar. Eat until your hunger dies.
Don’t take curd instead have a glass of buttermilk.
5) Take a glass of fresh juice around 4pm.
6) For dinner have two chapathies with vegetables and a glass of buttermilk.
If you adhere to all the above points you will definitely lose weight.
Strictly avoid soft drinks and ice cream and smoking.
